EVENTS AND NEWS

I. NEXT AMEN ANNUAL GATHERING 2011:

 

2011 will bring our next step of growth. On Saturday, November 5th, we will host our first Veterans Appreciation Service north of the Grapevine. It will be hosted by Elder Harvey Cantrell in Goshen / Visalia, with Brothers Brian Allard and Bob Baglin speaking. The following Saturday, November 12th, we will have our 4th Annual Gathering at 4:30 PM where more care packages will be prepared, with business and fellowship to follow. That evening Bro James Ghiloni will be hosting our service & banquet, with Brothers James Larson and Kelly Howard speaking. We hope to see you there.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

NOVEMBER 13, 2010: Third Annual Gathering

 

After preparing our next set of Care Packages, the AMEN members sat down to business. In our meeting it was agreed to that we would host two Veterans Appreciation Services next year. One in Southern California, and one in Central / Northern California. That evening we had a great time as Elder Joseph Domingues preach the Word to us. Just like our saying "once a Marine, always a Marine", Elder Domingues exemplifies "once a Missionary, always a Missionary". At the banquet Bro Darin Sargent expressed his appreciation for our military, and encouraged us with his words.


 



NOVEMBER 7, 2009. Second Annual Gathering took place in the morning and the Veteran's Appreciation Service was held with Vince Kelley and Ron Mullings speaking and Jim Ghiloni speaking at the Banquet. Messages sent forth were powerful, fellowship was encouraging and food was excellent. See more photos.


 

 


II. CARE PACKAGE PROGRAM

 

"I recently received a care package from you. I just wanted to e-mail you to say thank you very much. You've obviously received a few care packages before, because everything in there has come to great use. Thank you again." - Chris

 


For 3 years, the Apostolic Military Encouragement Network has prepared care packages for Apostolic US trrops who are currenly deployed.


III. PRAYER OUTREACH PROGRAM

If you know of any family or somebody who is deployed or any Apostolic Military who needs spiritual strength and direction, feel free to email us your request so that we may pray for your loved ones.
